ophthalmology map กับ specialty.ophthalmology. เปิดผ่าน super admin add-on (ยังไม่มี clinic type dedicated)

Tab จักษุ ในหน้าผู้ป่วย

Patient detail → tab จักษุ แบ่ง:

• Exam — VA / Refraction / IOP
• Findings — anterior, posterior segment
• Images — fundus photo, OCT, slit-lamp
• Prescriptions — แว่นตา / contact lens
• History — ประวัติย้อนหลัง

Visual Acuity (VA)

แต่ละ visit บันทึก:

• OD (oculus dexter — ตาขวา): Distance + Near
• OS (oculus sinister — ตาซ้าย): Distance + Near

Format: 20/40 (Snellen) หรือ 6/12 (เมตร) หรือ 0.5 (decimal):

• รองรับ correction status:

- sc — without correction (sine correctione) - cc — with correction (cum correctione) - ph — with pinhole

ระบบ alert ถ้า VA < 20/40 (subnormal)

Refraction

ใส่ค่า sphere / cylinder / axis แต่ละตา:

ระบบคำนวณ:

• Spherical equivalent (SE = sph + cyl/2)
• Anisometropia (ความต่างระหว่าง 2 ตา)

IOP (Intraocular Pressure)

วัดด้วย Goldmann/iCare:

• OD / OS — mmHg
• เวลาวัด
• ระบบ alert ถ้า ≥ 21 (suspect glaucoma)

Anterior + Posterior segment findings

Checkbox + free text:

• Cornea: clear / scar / KP / edema
• AC: deep / shallow / cells flare
• Iris: round / synechiae / NV
• Lens: clear / NS / PSC / cortical
• Fundus: CDR ratio, macular, vessels, periphery

ใบสั่งแว่น (Spectacle Rx)

Prescriptions → New Spectacle:

1. ระบบ pre-fill จาก refraction ล่าสุด
2. กำหนด:

- Lens type: single-vision / bifocal / progressive - Material: CR-39 / poly / hi-index / glass - Coating: AR / blue-cut / photochromic

1. พิมพ์ใบสั่งให้คนไข้ไปร้านแว่น (รูปแบบมาตรฐาน + barcode สำหรับร้านสแกน)

Fundus photo / OCT upload

Images tab → upload:

• รองรับ JPG, PNG, DICOM
• tag กับวัน + OD/OS
• annotation overlay (วาดวงกลม + ลูกศร + ข้อความ)
• compare side-by-side กับครั้งก่อน
