AI Suggest Dx + Rx

คืออะไร

ปุ่ม ✨ Suggest Dx + Rx เหนือ SOAP Note. กดแล้ว AI อ่าน:

• Chief complaint
• SOAP ที่บันทึก (S/O/A/P)
• Vital signs
• Patient history (chronic, allergy, age, gender)

แล้วเสนอ:

• 1-3 Differential diagnoses พร้อม ICD-10 code + rationale
• 3-5 Prescription suggestions พร้อม dose / frequency / duration / rationale

ขั้นตอน

1. หมอบันทึก SOAP (อย่างน้อย S + O + A) → ยังไม่ Sign
2. กด ✨ Suggest Dx + Rx
3. Modal โหลด ~3-5 วินาที → แสดงผล
4. รายการ Dx + Rx แต่ละตัวมี checkbox (default check ทุก row)
5. uncheck รายการที่ไม่ต้องการ
6. กด เพิ่มเข้า visit → ระบบ:

- สร้าง Diagnosis row ที่ check ไว้ - สร้าง Prescription row พร้อม dose - กลับมาหน้า OPD — แก้ราย item ได้ต่อ

Tool calling ที่ AI ใช้

สิทธิ์ + Quota

• ต้องอยู่แผน PROFESSIONAL ขึ้นไป
• ใช้ token quota ของแผน (~5,000-10,000 tokens ต่อ call)
• ดู usage ที่ Super admin → AI quota

ถ้าไม่มีสิทธิ์ → modal "อัปเกรดเพื่อใช้ AI Suggest" + ลิงก์ไป Subscription

ข้อจำกัด

• ห้ามใช้กับ life-threatening symptoms โดยไม่มี doctor review — เป็นแค่ assistant
• ไม่ใช้แทน clinical judgment สำหรับ controlled drug / surgery / pediatric dose
• AI อาจ hallucinate drug name หรือ dose — ต้องตรวจสอบกับ drug catalog เสมอ

Audit

ทุก suggestion เก็บใน AIAuditLog:

• visit id
• input context (anonymized)
• output (diagnoses + Rx)
• what doctor selected / unselected
• tokens used

ใช้สำหรับ:

• ตรวจ accuracy
• improve prompt
• legal trail (เผื่อมี dispute)
